Boredom can be my worst enemy sometimes, hence the layers. That and its like therapy to detail my car.

I did the wolf chemical stuff after a 5 hour polish session with menzerna 400pg and 4000sf one Saturday. Then about 2 months later got bored and used the Wolfgang line.

Hardbody is supposed to last 18 months but I would say more like 3 in Seattle. It does leave a deep pearlish finish though about a week after it's fully cured.

I don't blame you! If I had the time I would spend hours detailing the car. I'm waiting until mid December for a proper detail on my new daily

You have a favorite combo yet? You seem to try a lot of different stuff. I was super tempted to try optimum wax after I used the QD. I love Wolfgang fuzion. On white I swear that red wax color gives my alpine white added depth. I also love sonax speed wax for drying after a wash. Super cheap on amazon and ships prime.

Hard to beat optimum car wax. It's proven stuff. Still want to try a lot of other things but ultimately I will go with cquartz on my e90

I have heard cquartz has a deeper finish than opticoat but doesn't last as long. Is that why you settled on it?
