it's not the first time they have pulled this crap. that's why I refuse to buy from EAS

Installed the LUX V3 last night--LOVE THEM! Perfect color match, as many have said before. I told my wife, it looks like a new car. (3mos old, it is new)
People want to be able to see them in the daylight, you can. They aren't as noticeable from the side, though, because it's white light, instead of the old yellow looking light. That's exactly what I wanted, because I didn't want the aftermarket-look. I want the car to look like it should, and the old headlights not matching the halos just didn't look right.
Must have upgrade. It looks so much better imho.
And I tried taking video, but the iphone camera makes it look like a flicker or something, which they don't.
Anyways, good luck to all, I can't vouch for any other options out there, but these LUX's are PERFECT!

Does anyone know why the 2011 M3 doesn't come with LED angel eyes? It doesn't make sense...

The cost on developing a mold and all associated R&D costs on a new hood and bumper and fenders to accommodate the LCI E92 headlamps would be too prohibitive, as such BMW decided to retain pre-LCI E92 headlamps. That's my guess.

Historically speaking, M3s have never received a LCI update on headlamps.

So now no yellow corner bulbs or led bulbs when the parking lamps or xenons are on...much cleaner look IMO

Nice. Who did the coding? This is something I'm definitely interested in doing.

It's all about the LUX. I have them on my M3 and X5. Did a ton of research when I was looking at a set for my M3. LUX came out on top. If it wasn't worth it, I wouldn't have bought another set for my X5. Really pleased with them.

So far, I'm pleased with the Lux V3's.

It was a very quick turn-around from order to shipment.
The appearance of the lights is far superior to the three other brands I tried before.

Thank you LUX!

This thread's never going to end. Let's set the record straight once and for all... the LUX kit is the BEST LED angel eye kit on the market for the E9X that's currently available (this statement does not apply to the OSS).

If you want the VERY BEST LED angel eye, there is nothing better than the LUX!

+1 I have been noticing this for a while. They did the same ish in the arkym vs challenge front thread and I called them out on it. I am sure they are great guys, and their shop is probably amazing, but their tactics are Let the products speak for themselves!

With that said, I think I am going with LUX- from the pics, the LUX DO look better. Of course a much more fair comparison would be to see both in person side by side.

No, unfortunately not. I put them on a few days ago. They're much better than the e92-lighting ones you saw.

I recommend them E, you'll like 'em.

e92-lighting? I sent Marc at LUX a check but he's out of stock until late April.

Yeah, anybody want a $1xx pair of "AE's" for free? They sucked.

That's weak that LUX is out of stock. I must have gotten one of the last sets on the shelf. I ordered online on the 11th and they shipped out on the 13th...
