2015 Mustang GT
Ok...since no one else seemed to do it, I guess I will.
I gotta admit...when I heard the new mustang was going to be redesigned, I was pretty excited. Everyone in the car game has stepped it up quite a bit and I was expecting to see a radical and very aggressive mustang. Did it fall short for anyone else? I mean...it looks EXACTLY the same. I thought they were going to make it more fuzion-like...resembling an aston martin. At least the interior isn't TOO terrible? (although I dislike the shifter) |

Really? This "throwback" bodystyle has been around since 2005...and now it'll go for another 4 years approximately. That's basically the same car (with some facelifts here and there) for 14 years. I guess I'm crazy :confused
The car is not ugly by ANY means. Guess I'm just disappointed because I expected a completely redesigned car Last edited by GreeKon; 12-08-2013 at 03:53 PM.. |

I love the look of this new Mustang, it looks a lot less like a muscle car and more like a sport car!! |

Sure I see some ressemblance, after all it's still a Mustang. But this model has a lot more curves(I even see some Aston Martin in the first pic) and a wider and lower stance, it looks so much more refine, it's the first Mustang that I could see myself driving(but I see myself driving an M2 even more )!

I think it looks great. Are they still planning to use a flat plane v8 in the upper models? That would be pretty amazing

I think this car looks a little better than the one it replaces. To me, it has the same look, which means there is nothing to be excited about.

Looks pretty similar to me, but I like the current one, so not a huge issue. I'm hoping they did cut the weight. I've heard anything from nothing to -400lbs. If the flat plane crank comes to be, I will most likely own one.

Hahaha thanks for the love, I know this car made MANY steps in the right direction. All I was saying is that the exterior didn't really reflect an "All New" design, as the hype led me to believe. I kinda had my heart set on it looking like a fuzion on steroids. Lol oh well

so far it looks like the projected weight saving won't be happening as the car is basically the same size as the outgoing model and will have more features & amenities as well...let's hope Ford proves this wrong
oh and hopefully the new 6mt gearbox won't be as problematic as the outgoing can't wait to see what the new 5.0's output is, i might just have to get one at last as i always loved the way it looked. the new GT is supposed to be a better performer than the outgoing Boss, which was a very capable car already. excited for more information to unveil |

Actually its sort of disappointing because I'd love to see American manufaturers design and build a car I could go for. Modern looks, state of the art technology, electronics and powertrain, potent power house, high degree of quality and materials of manufacture, and lastly a good price... I guess this is asking too much from America unfortunately.. |
