Hey guys,
I purchased my e36 m3 convertible back in may and have put ~5k into it since then. I'd like to trade plus cash for a 2001-2003 e46 m3 (preferably convertible) or sell it outright. I'm figuring this is worth ~15k because of its mint condition and rare combination of manual and hellrot with vaders. But I'm willing to let it go for $13,999 with all mods and stock parts, or less if you don't want the vaders.

The car:
Hellrot Red, Black interior
5 speed manual (RARE!!)
Power Vader front seats in great condition (no cracks or anything)
77k miles
Paint is in amazing condition and so is the leather
Radio sounds great
No accidents ever

Mods (will include all stock parts as well):
Brand new Convertible top, tension straps, and headliner!
Black Power Vader seats
Illuminated short shift knob
Clear side turn signals (no yellow)
Clear tail lights (no yellow)
HID headlights with LED angel eyes plus clear turn signals
BSW tweeters and front speakers
shorty antenna
Matte black grills
Full Inspection II recently done
All aluminum VSL radiator
All new belts, thermometer and thermometer housing
Brand new convertible top and headliner
High flow intake
Recently fully detailed
new front lower splitter

The bad:
Will need new shocks in the next 10k miles (thats it!!)
