Neetronics = good people
Just wanted to put in a good word for Neetronics (Andy and Paul), who take their rsponsibilities and customer service seriously. After my car was dynoed at their shop a few weeks ago on that group dyno day, I began getting a "low coolant level" warning light. They offered to take a look at it, but they are in Oakville and I am in Toronto, and rarely do the twain meet for me. I took the car into BMW Toronto, who spent an hour and a half on it until they took out the overflow tank and discovered that the sensor wire was not connected. For the dyno, that same overflow tank had been removed to attach the monitoring equipment, so it was pretty clear Neetronics had messed up when putting everything back in place. BMW Toronto only charged me $75 for a half hour's work (props to BMW Toronto for being resonable), but when I emailed Neetronics about this they immediately responded that they would reimburse me the money. Paul dropped the cash off at my house that same evening. Respect.

Seconded. Before my M3 I used to drive an STi and took it to Paul and Andy for tuning. Stand up guys who went out of their way for many on several occasions.
