Please critique my E92 specs (urgent)

Hi Guys,

I just found out that I've been moved up on the list and I can have a Feb build date, but everything needs to be confirmed quickly. I have long ago resolved that I dont want the ZTP package. Please tell me what you think as the order will be sent tomorrow:

sparkling graphite
extended fox red leather
EDC
19"
heated seats
carbon leather trim
HD radio
Satellite
ipod

What do you think of the radio choice and did I miss anything big (except ZTP-not for me)
Thanks!!

Dan

Looks good, but why no ZTP? Don't want the 2nd hump?

Either way, it's your car, get what YOU want.

you got the Sat nav. and EDC...why not a extra 100 or so for the CA?

But yea, as Cowmoo said get what you like and want...its your car, not ours.

With leather and carbon trim, you might as well get the ZPP Premium Package for the same price. You've loaded up an audio programming, but only base system?

To the best of my knowledge, stand-alone leather option pricing has not been released yet. Do you have any solid info on that?

I suspect it will be less than $1450 for the non-extended leather--the standard leather option pricing for the 3-series--because cloth seats are actually partial leather seats and it doesn't make sense that we get all the extra stuff in the premium package for only $450.

Very nice configuration but go with normal leather. Extended red fox leather is too much. I have normal red fox and really mixes well with all the dashboard in black.

What about cold weather package those heated seats could come in handy it gets pretty cold up there. Save yourself some money and dont go with extended fox red leather its to much red and at a cost of 2000 you could spend it elsewhere.

+1

I got extended Black leather so taht I can have the black extended and maybe in the future swap out the seats and door panels for fox red if I so desire after seeing it in person.

But extended fox red is to much red I think, but thats just.

He's got heated seats listed--don't need whole CWP. Save the $250.

I agree on extended Fox. I'm going to replace my console only with the red one for a semi-extended configuration.

Yea the extended is a bit too much...look at this guy's extreme "extended" leather.

I dunno, I think the extended Fox Red is perfect, but each to their own I guess.

And personally, unless it is a money issue, I can't see why anyone would not order ZTP.

great advice so far. exactly why I posted this thread.
iwill relook at the extended leather tonite. I don't think I have ordered anything where any package makes better sense ???
No ZTP bec I want things simple-not a money issue-I realize there are a couple sacrifices but I can live with that vs the complexity.
Lasly are the older post(sticky) about what is contained in the packages and the option prices still fairly accurate ?

Get standard Fox Red Novillo and not extended. That's what I purchased because Extended is simply too much red and distracting.

Definitely like the graphite/red combo, classic. Popular opinion may be against extended red leather, but, by all means, get it if you like it. I'm torn between the regular and extended myself. It takes a strong sense of style to pull it off, but plenty of hot cars have red on the dash and elsewhere, and I'm quite sure they can be driven without being overly distracted:
