Arkym Front Lip VS Challenge Front lip

I love my Arkym front lip however bored bored bored, need a new setup. The Arkym has awesome fitment and looks amazing, however im just not happy with the carbon fiber. You cant even tell its CF unless your 12 inches away, from a little distance it looks like a gloss black lip.

The only other option im thinking is the Challenge Front lip in CF. I know this company makes VERY legit products, Ive never heard anything bad. Has anyone went from an Arkym lip to a challenge? What do you guys think?
Which one sits lower?

Please post pictures on AW cars if you have them

thx!

I think you will run into that problem anytime you pick a 1x1 weave.

but good luck

Challenge is hands down the best aftermarket lip on the market...from the weave to the fit. I think most would agree.

It DOES sit lower than the Arkym, so if clearance is an issue for you, you should consider that. I'm told its as low as the felt boxes on the underside of the bumper.

Challenge is indisputably among the best when it comes to carbon fibre aesthetics for the e9x M3.

Here are some images of a recent Challenge GT Carbon Front Lip install on a AW e92 M3:

We do not offer many aesthetics for the e9x M3 models as the market has been saturated with sub-par product. The Challenge GT Carbon Front Lip Spoiler is manufactured from 100% dry-laid carbon fibre here in the US, weighing in at approx 2lbs. as a finished product and fits like if it were OEM.

We are a stocking distributor for Challenge, feel free to drop by our facility in Anaheim and see the pieces in person.

i would try arkym's FRONT BUMPER!!!!!!!! You know you'll like that!

Personally dont like the challenger front. I really like the clean look of Arkyms. It flows better IMO.

I would do it if i had the cash! (Sniff)

+1.

The Challenge Lip is top notch but if it's the issue with the CF not showing that's bugging you the most... you're going to run with the same issue with the Challenge.

I'm finally going to install my lip tonight or this weekend after having it lay around my house since October. After the test fitment, it does sit low as the carpet plastic hanging under the bumper's side. I'll post pictures once installed.

The quality is top notch!

Agreed. The ARKYM looks more integrated. The Challenge looks more like an add-on.

I've never cared for front lips, but I think the challenge looks much better and more integrated (very reminiscent of the GTS).

arkym is by far the cleanest lip for the m... it flows with the bumper while the challenge IMO looks like some random cf piece stuck on to the bottom of the bumper. I know I am in the minority here but I really don't like the challenge piece (aesthetically)
