Post 1200 Mile Service

Did anyone notice any significant changes in their M3's after the 1200 mile service?

To me it feels like the car is smoother and more responsive.
(maybe it's just that I'm operating in the higher rev range now I can, or maybe it could be due to the fact that I switched from Costco Premium to Shell V-Power a couple of days ago)

Interested to hear any thoughts...

Just curious, but why aren't you using the factory oil? Didn't BMW cover your 1200 mile service?

Sorry about that. It may be a placebo, but I feel like my car runs better on V-power than off-brand gas, as well. If it's good enough for the Ferrari F1 team, it's good enough for me.

Don't think F1 fuel bears much resemblance to the stuff you buy from the pump. A bit of poetic licence from the advertising industry.

You mean they aren't running 93 octane in a V8@19,000RPM?
