Finished the CPA Exam!

So its been a long 8 months but I am finally done with the CPA Exams! I got my final score at 2am this morning and my heart just exploded when I saw I had passed. Just can't believe I am finally done!

I just wanted to say thank you to the e90post community in general. Everytime i would feel overwhelmed or stressed out I would come on here and read some of th many humorous or informative threads give my brain a break.

Anyway, time to throw a crazy party hahaaha

I'm thinking about studying for this down the line, however, I'm also thinking about a career change into the medical field. Congrats and mind telling us what your grade was and the minimum passing grade is?

The minimum passing grade is a 75 and only 20% of people pass all 4 exams on their first try (I passed all four on my first try)

My grades were:
BEC: 80
REG: 90
FAR: 82
AUD:78

I studied about 3 hours mon-fri and maybe an hour on the weekends. But I also went to Vegas for a week, Miami for a week, and had 2 surgery's right in the middle of my studying time so taking a week off (x4) in the middle of studying was pretty stupid of me and I would not recommend it

Its actually funny because on AUD it was the only exam where I felt like I had completely crushed it and was gonna get in the high 90s. All the other exams I walked out feeling like I had completely tanked it. Instead I ended up getting my lowest grade. I'm happy I passed but honestly kinda bummed about getting such a low score.

Only the people who have taken these exams will know your pain. Good work on passing them!

Congrats! Sat for it, without studying (was working 80+ hours a week) many years ago. Oddly, didn't pass a single section. Got close on two, ha.

Never needed it and have been in finance anyway, but still understand what you went through. Well done.

Congrats! I have heard from many people about how hard this test is, so don't feel bad about getting a low score. The important thing is that you passed!!

If you get above a 75 you studied too much.

Nice.

1. Pass CPA exam - done
2. Get salary increase - done
3. Get M6 GC?
