335is vs 1M vs M3

Why would you choose one over the other 2.

I would still choose the M3 over the 1M, because of the more classy look and the V8 master piece....the I6 TT is nothing to write home about....had it in my 335i.

M3 > 1M - let's just say for looks

M3 > 335i - for the perfect car

1M > 335i - it's an M (pay up, and you shall be rewarded)

I would choose the M3 because I'm on the M3 forum.

seriously, this is like the 800th iteration of M3 v 335is vs 1M, go search for the results if that's what your'e looking for...

I give you credit, at least you didn't post this on the General Forum.

I am leaning towards the 335is - the greater low end torque will make it more enjoyable as a DD for me
I'll never get to the track to truly enjoy the M3

Honestly, you don't have to go to a track to enjoy an M3. The track allows you to push the M3 to its limits but an M3 is enjoyable in many ways.

This "dilemma"is starting to annoy me, because I work with the BMW Dealer I'll check it with my befriended the manager. We want to sprint race M3 E92 DCT ZCP vs 335i E92 DCT M Pack vs 1M F22 DCT vs 135i E82 M Pack auto. I can't wait.

The 1M is only in manual, not DCT.

BMW's are fine cars regardless of what you get, and if you like fast, great handling cars you won't go wrong with either the 335is, M1, or M3.

I would go with a CPO 335i if you're like me, and rarely track. The 335is is a gimmick.
