2012 Invoice Pricing Breakdown

Does anyone have the PDF with the invoice pricing for the 2012 E92 coupe so we could calculate our own invoice pricing as we did in the 2011? I am looking forward to putting in an order and I would like the invoice pricing as a reference before I head off to the stealerships.

If you want to know the exact invoice for your build go ahead and shoot us an email. Ryan will list the invoice price in the quote so you know exactly what's going on his email address is in my signature below.

Thanks for the response. Actually I just wanted to build it myself and have all the invoice pricing for the packages infront of me so i can choose what will be worth it for me. Is there any way we can get a PDF like last model year?

BMW cracked down on the public posting of the confidential wholesale pricing documents last year. So the possibility of anyone here posting the MY2012 pdf is close to none.

You can always calculate your own invoice prices by just using the MY2011 wholesale prices against MY2012 newly released MSRP prices - 14%.

Using your calculations, I came up with my own PDF with some important packages and the invoice pricing.

Could someone confirm accuracy?

To clarify...
- MSRP - (MSRP x .07) = approximate US invoice
- MSRP - (MSRP x .14) = approximate ED invoice

Your calculations are wrong just because you are using an invoice value to calculate a new invoice.

You must use MSRP.

By the way, most MY2011 option invoice prices should be the same as the respective MY2012 option invoice prices as their MSRP did not change.

The numbers don't seem to add up using .14, your numbers are much lower. Using the build I'm looking at MSRP is 74525 with invoice price at 69200... About 5000 higher than your number.

I'm looking at coupe, metallic paint, DCT, premium, competition, apps, enhanced sound.

Because I'm doing ED I was fixed on the .14... the correct formula is above.

The only relevant changes are:
E92 base price 55110
New premium package 3960

Other than that there are no more major changes. Unless you want your car with cloth seats and nav. I know the msrp of the nav alone is now 1350, not sure about invoice

My car is exactly the same, but 6mt
My invoice is 66,665
So add the invoice pricing of DCT and you're good to go

It should be $1230 or ~9% off MSRP.

Can anyone confirm kmarei's 2012 invoice sheet? It looks good to me. But been searching the site and wasn't sure. I've been viewing the forums for a long time now and hoping to be a true m3er very soon. I'd like to use the sheet to help negotiate a good price. TIA

Why go through the hassle of negotiating a good price when all you have to do is contact Steve Thomas BMW and ask for Ryan. Aside from the unbeatable price he will offer, the customer service is top-notch.

Not to mention you are in SF so its fairly close.

For the record, Ryan's wife just had a baby. So he is taking the week off.

There are other folks covering his customers right now, but he will be back in the office on Monday--his admin just let me know.
