ECS Tuning 2 Piece Rotor Review.
Hello, I wanted to let you guys know there is good potonitial in our stock sized brakes this 2 piece Brake rotors from ECS are no joke am going SC ESS 625 with my E90 M3 so dicided to try this out. In the Past i have used BBK like Stop Tech and Bear on an SUV i used to have and in both cases i felt the cars lost a little bit of that easy Daily driving efortless brake feel. Due to tha fact i do not own garage queens and i do have another car i still drive the ///M on daily basis and to be honest unless you are a Time Attack, Autocross trackday every week guy this brakes along with Hawk 5.0 ECS Stainles Steal brake lines and Motul 600 Competition Brake Fluid or any other combination that you might prefer . I have had this set up for over 3 Month now and more than stified huge improvment in my book with the plus tha they look AMAZING! i also have their 12.5 spacers in all corners. these are direct OEM replacement parts correct?
i notice ECS also includes their rotors in the F10 M5 BBK Upgrade kit for E92 M3..why not just the OEM M5 rotors? a fitment issue? |

Awesome review!
I been wanting to purchase these for a while now just needed a lil push! My car has 70k now with the OEM rotors, might as well upgrade for to these for damn near the same price as OEMs

This is hands down the best Bang for the Buck on brakes for the E9x Platform just chose the pads that fit your needs and your done.
Idea for ECS make a belly pan kit with air ducts to the front rotors... |

Having priced up a set of OEM rotors, the best deal so far is $1,200 + shipping which is bananas to me. |

Mine have seen 2 track day events since the install, like I said I'm by no means a race driver but I can hold my own. Even got over exited under braking a very well track tuned evo and I got him every time... What would really compliment this would be air ducts directly to the front brakes to keep them cooler.

Today is hopefully the day, hahah.
I'm skipping the rear install due to some ordering issues with ECS, so I won't be able to make a full on review of the performance until I get the rear rotors and pads in.

can I buy these rotors without the slots in them , I like the oem look of just the holes better and would rather have the increased surface area also, Thanks

Personally, I could care less about the extra weight.
