Front lower control arm bushing - How to get it out?
So the plan is to install stiffer BMW Motorsport bushings in my M3 lower control arms, but the shop had a hard time getting the original bushing out.
Is there a DIY for that? Maybe special tools are needed? Tried searching but to no luck. Thanks for your help!

The easiest way would probably be a hydraulic press of sorts. Other than that, some people just take a torch to rubber bushings and burn them out, but I wouldn't recommend that.

Probably need a press of some sort. I can usually rig one up with a huge socket or short section of pipe, some very large washers, and a big bolt.

The link you provided is not for E9X M3s ... they will not work if those are the actual bushings you have. Denny

Damn, that's right. The chassis in my car is too much of an 335i/M3 hybrid lol, got that mixed up.
