Southerner curious about rust concerns on a car I'm thinking about making an offer on. Anyone happen to know whose car this was? Sub box in trunk is identifying item. Also any advice on my concerns is accepted. I know nothing.

I've already received CF kidney grills, CF side grills, painted keyhole cover, painted reflectors, black M3 badge, and my CF VRS-style lip shows up Tuesday...and I don't have the car yet! Car is on a truck. Will be here Tuesday as well.
