BMW 328i xDrive 2010 can't read Chinese

Hi All,
I'm new to the forum and I have a problem :

My 328i cannot read Chinese named mp3 through USB or iPod. My temporary solution is to rename all the files in English (pain in the butt) but even though, some files are not readable and it will just skip it. Can someone please help me on this?

Little info :
Model : 328i xDrive
Trim : Standard
Year : 2010
Country : Canada

Thanks in advance!

On your radio there is language selection for Japanese. You can try switching to that and it may work (as ridiculous as it sounds)

I've read that somewhere and it seems to work only with MP3 CD. I've tried with iPhone and USB... it doesn't work
