eibach pro kit

Hey guys finally picked up a 2011 M3 dct and WOW big difference compared to my E46. I am looking into lowering with eibach pro kits I also did a search and didn't get much feedback. Car has EDC. Does anyone have these or had. Before I go through the installation process I want to be happy with the ride quality and have no regrets.

thanks!!

The drop is minimal with eibach but will definitely work with EDC

I would probably post in the suspension section, FYI. And yes, people have run Eibachs before. They don't lower the car much so some people like, some dislike.

Eibachs plus 15/12 spacers...and corsa exhaust
I DO NOT have EDC.
Pics dont do it justice but you can really see the slight drop better in person
Spacers make a a hell of difference too. My car handles well!
This is ideal for me. I think folks call this OEM+
Exactly what I wanted.

While you are at...change the exhaust or add an x-pipe to the OEM exhaust.
You wont regret it.

You should check out Shift R spec springs before you go Eibach.

eibach = stock

if you want to go lower, go with a different spring, there are plenty more out there that work with EDC

Not agreed with Eibach Pro = stock !
Eibach Pro vs stock , front = - 1.5 cm / backside = - 1.0 cm !

I had Eibach's in the past. They are the most conservative drop but the ride quality is very close to OEM. I chose them because I was using the car year-round; including in the snow when I lived in MN. They worked well on the street but I can't say anything about their track performance because the car never made it to the track on Eibachs.

i love my KW Sleeves, you can choose how aggressive you want the drop, it works with EDC, and the ride is not bad at all...

Here is my drop with KW sleeves with 3/4ths the way down (much better ride quality that max low):

Here it is max low (ride qaulity was not very good):

I'm considering this Swift springs too !
PM'd yesterday and today with member W/// ,he changed from stock to Swift and he said look into my build/thread with pics before and after .
And i need to say the drop with Swifts and the quality are damn perfect !
But it seems it's better to mounting the Swift springs with M3/E36 bump stop, but i don't no why ?
The only problem that i have is ...Made in the US,nowhere to find here in Belgium (Europe) >http://www.swiftsprings.net/products...ct/spec-r.html
And here the link of W/// and pics of the Swift springs on his car, before/after > http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthr...=725557&page=4
Hope this will help....

Nice E46!!

I just put in KW sleeves. The rear is 60% max to the bottom. The fronts are 85% max. The picture is next day of install so there will be some settling.
I have EDC and I wanted to keep the factory dampening and also wanted adjustability.

I'm very happy with them. The ride quality is good as well.

Hope this helps.
