DCT Paddle Shifter Change Up Questions

Curious: Has anyone swapped out their OEM paddle shifters for billet style aluminum ones? If so, what type did you install? Lastly how much of a pain is the install- considering the wheel removal and that little ball bearing in there (somewhere)

It's not that hard. You don't have to take the wheel off and yes the bearing is something you can't loose. But overall it's a 2 out of 5 difficulty.

Verstrabe.
Not hard to install. Took about an hour. Required a couple of screwdrivers.
No need to remove steering wheel.

thanks! in all of the videos i have seen, the wheel came off. are there any tricks to doing this while leaving the wheel on? any DIY or links too?

It's pretty simple I think it took me like 10 min to do them, just make sure you dont loose the ball bearing inside the paddles.
