M3 shots from ALMS at Lime Rock 7/7/2012

Flikr seems to have messed up the sharpness when being uploaded. They are much crisper on my Aperture app! Happy to pass on any you like.

The orange one is the new Lime Rock Edition!

Your photos? They're fine! What camera/lens did you used?

Oh - FLIKR fixed them. It must be like YouTube and smoothe them out. I checked them out immediately after loading and they were as rough as a badger's arse!

These were done with a Nikon D90 with either 70-300mm or 35mm prime Nikkor lens. Most of these were done without a circular polarizer on "vivid" color setting, so I had to fight the colors a little bit with Apple Aperture 3 processing.

Awesome photos. Looks like it was a great time! I know it got flamed to holy hell on here, but I am loving the fire orange LRP edition M3.

The orange is great...but it should be the European M3 GTS spec, not a standard M3 with a few spare parts from the end of accessories production stuck on!

[I'd love it if we could get Dakkar Yellow and Laguna Seca Blue in the next generation]

Agreed on LSB. New Country BMW in Hartford has a Dakar Yellow E92 on the lot if you are ever up that way. It looks great but I don't think I could own it.
