I am deploying again soon and want to sell my 2009 E92 M3/7500 miles. Car is loaded and in exceptional condition. I ordered it in Germany through the military sales program and picked it up here in SC last May. Car is not my daily driver and is garage kept. I have attached a copy of the original overseas Bill of Sale to include the purchase invoice from BMW AG. $54000 OBO. Email johnsondg@hotmail.com or PM if interested.

Car is SOLD! BMW CPO purchased it from me for $53K. I paid ~$62K for the car new from the factory. Hope I didn't get ripped off. Surprisingly it was the best offer made to me. Thank you to all of the inquiries I have received over the past week.

I'd have done exactly the same, and I am glad it worked out well for you.

After a couple of failed attempts at getting a clean used M3, I am now looking at doing ED and getting exactly what I wanted in the first place.

That sounds like a great plan. ED will definitely save you some $$ (other than the flight over there and living/eating on the expensive German economy). And the best part is you can order exactly what you want and be the first to sit your @$$ on the soft leather seat for more than a 20 minute time period.

Congrats on a quick sale. I thought your asking price was very reasonable. However, it'd take dealing with a ton of low ballers and tire kickers before you'd get that extra 1k.
