New E46 M3 owner question
Hey guys, from what I've read it seems Castrol TWS 10/60 is the oil for my engine... what about oil filter brands? Should I only use BMW or are there other options? Also,it seems the forum group recommends changing the oil at 7500miles,correct? Thanks Chris

This is the E9x M3 forum, not the E46 forum. |

I would only use the TWS 10w60 from Castrol and the filter from BMW. You can't go wrong with that. I did my oil change at 7,500miles. I just can't let the oil stay in the engine for 15,000miles. All you are doing is moving dirty oil around the bearings and such. Good luck and congrats on your car.
