This car is well maintained and in good condition, turn key ready to drive with all the major problems taken care of. No oil leaks, no weird mechanical issues, everything works as it should, no weird interior problems, this car has given me no issues. Clutch feels good, suspension is fine, steering is good, no accidents or paint work that im aware of.

Theres been over $5,000 of work done to this car in the last few years, I've put in $2,500 of that recently with the rod bearings. Previous owner was my friend who owned it for 6 years and maintained it at BMW of Sterling, I bought this as an impulse buy, but I have too many cars, and started a new car project, so this has to go.

Keep in mind this was my friends daily driver, so it has some minor rock chips, small scratches here and there, and signs of use, but no major damage.

Rod bearings were done at GT Peace in Chantilly, VA (preventative)
Throttle actuator was replaced
Oil change 1k miles ago
Oil pan gasket 1k miles ago
OEM Subwoofer replaced

Mods:
Has an active autoworks exhaust with fabspeed mid pipe
Carbon fiber side skirt exetensions
Carbon fiber rear diffuser
AFE intake (have stock intake as well)
KW coilovers

I have obtained most of the records from the dealer, and have the rod bearings receipt. I'll ask my friend for the receipts.
