I don't know who used to own it, but it might have been someone on this board. The ad says balance of full warranty! Really?! I can't see bmw offering full warranty on a car with a supercharger-- I might be wrong though. Anyway, it looks nice.

that company had a frozen grey edition car with a bunch of Dinan mods and I hesitated cause I was unsure, but they seem pretty legit. price seems fair on this one. i would buy a car from them.

I know that place. They are a ferrari, aston, and masarati dealer. Did some business with them once and did not have a great experience. Full warranty.....right

Well the balance of the manufacturer warranty would presumably remain intact for anything whose failure can't be linked to having a supercharger.

^ Agreed which means everything except powertrain.
If I were to buy a previously owned SC'd M3, I'd want to know something about how the vehicle was serviced. You can assume it was driven hard.

Sure, a discerning buyer would understand that, but the ad is slightly misleading because it gives the impression that everything is covered, which is clearly a departure from the truth. I know a bit about Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, so I understand what you're saying.

Can't speak for the specific car, but I've visited that dealer numerous times. 100% legit. They deal new Ferarri, AM, Maserati.

As it's a highly modified car I would really prefer to know the prior owner. Of course a PPI would be in order to move forward. I certainly don't expect BMW to warranty the drivetrain with that level of upgrades. Thanks for all your comments and suggestions.
