E90 ZCP 2011 pricing help

Hey guys,

Really like this E90 with this color and wheels. Please follow the link below and let me know if this is over priced. Im very interested in the car but dont know enough to put an exact price on it.

Have you tried KBB, Edmunds, or NADA to get an idea of what the car is worth?

I didn't seem overpriced to me, but I didn't want you to take a random internet strangers word for it.

Seems like a very fair asking price. If that car was in Seattle they would ask $45k for it.

Doesn't have routine documentation of oil changes. May want to look into that.

Just take the VIN to your local dealer and have them pull the maintenance history.

Desirable exterior color for sure. Aftermarket exhaust and very aggressive tires.

According to the CARFAX, this car appears to have been owned and operated for 3 years by a dealer as the dealers personal car. After that, ownership is unclear; however, the car may have been sold then repossessed.
I would stay away from this car.
