Demo 2009 M3 coupe

Hey guys I am new to the forum but not to BMW this will be my 3rd one in 2 years. I have had a 2008 BMW 535xi and I currently have a 2008 BMW 750Li. I want to trade in my 750Li for a M3 coupe. The dealer has a white coupe with red interior fully loaded minus PDC, Alarm, and extended leather. The car was a demo so it has 5k miles on it. I am trying to see if it is a good deal but since I have no Retail Value numbers for a 2009 I am not sure.

So the deal would be $$71,969.00 out the door. Which means the M3 price out the door is $62,545.00 out the door. The trade-in value for my 750 is what is killing my price.

I am trying to get them to throw in the extended warranty. I mean my 750Li only has 5667 miles on it and it will be a year old next month. What do you guys think? Any help would be great as I am supposed to buy this tomorrow

So how much are you upside down on the 750 (whats your payoff versus what they are giving you for it?)

56k for last year's 7 is probably a good deal on a tradein...

62524-56k=6524+69k=75524 and their showing you 71969 OTD, does not sound too bad, giving you a pretty decent discount

I did get a lot of "old man" jokes especially since I am only 24... I will post more pics when I get a chance to take them. It's been raining.

I will take any suggestions. I really want tint (minor mod) but I like seeing my Fox Red.
A couple of co-workers are or have modded their cars (Audi S4 and Subaru WRX) and everyday I have to hear how they really think their cars are better than mine. I just
