Competition Package Splitters Vs Vorsteiner Lip
Hey guys, so I have a 2011 E92 M3 ZCP coupe AW/FR and have decided on the Vorsteiner Type II rear diffuser.....now my only dilemma is the front end: its a tossup between the Vorsteiner Lip and the Competition package splitters...I have seen many pics of the AW with the Vorsteiner lip, but essentially none of the OEM splitters on an AW car...do you guys have any pics? also any recommendations (based on personal experience, etc...).....or just opinions in general....thanks

....anyways anyone with competition package splitter pictures on an apline white car? I feel like although it doesnt look real good on other colors, the splitters would look great on white because they stand out nicely... but to this day, at least in my opinion, the VRS front lip is the best looking (classiest) lip out there... |

Here's a photo from the BMW M3 brochure, not the best quality. I like them and plan on a set for my AW coupe, just need to get them for the right price.

hm....any more pics of the oem splitters? cant tell from those pics if im feeling it or not...
@pyspeed.....yep ive seen the akrym and its a beautiful piece, but I feel like it takes away from the aggressiveness of the front bumper (in my eyes, but I know others love it more than the vorsteiner), but for my taste I love the vorsteiner.. for example, I feel like this front end looks alot better than the one posted above ^ (but I know others feel the complete opposite, its all preference) Last edited by erm324; 12-08-2010 at 12:08 PM.. |
