Got my E90 allocation!

Week 39! Yeahhhhh, my second E90 M3.

Here's the email I got from Pentagon Car Sales (Military Sales):

"Dear Pentagon Car Sales Customer,

Your new BMW has been allocated a factory production slot during the month of September, 2011.

Changes to the specifications of your new BMW are no longer possible.

Please be aware this is intended as a guideline and cannot be guaranteed. (Should any requested
changes not be possible, it is understood that the order in its original form will still apply - per the terms of
the Addendum to the Purchase Order.)

Please note that verbal agreements are NOT recognized.

Fellow M-FLight brother-- Matt told me that Mine is Build Week 38/39 with a Welt delivery on 11 October. Looks like our cars will get built the same week.

Yes, mine is week 39 per the email I got from PCS admin. However, I won't be doing the Welt since the only days available for mine were 17,18,19 October. That's in the middle of the week and I couldn't go. I have been to Welt few times, and last time with M Flight where we got the private tours of the Welt, BMW Museum and BMW Classics.

Did you get your VIN notification, I just got mine yesterday. Can't wait. This is my second E90 M3. However, this one will be special.

Matt tells me I should get my VIN this week. They offered 11, 18, 19 October so I took 11 since we have the Columbus day holiday so it works out better for the family and I. I have been to the Welt back in August but we didn't really get to enjoy it like we will this time. We plan to do the factory tour and the museum this time plus get in a little sightseeing in Munich. P.S. Congrats on your second E90 since this will be the last production!!!

The latest info is that there is ONE allocation left in the US that is not spoken for. It might be gone by now. If you want the last e90 M3 order in the US call your dealer NOW.

I'm sure he looked, so they might be all gone (or at least all in status 1 or 2 - already sold). Might be too late

Congrats. I'm waiting on my E90 as well (November pickup in Munich). I don't think production starts until late October for me though.

yeah sorry, found it right after I posted that, that was my other option dicission, mine and yours will be the other special edition haha. mines the oposite, frozen grey on black ext with red stitching..

I had a hard time deciding not to just go extended red, but ive been told the red stitching is awsome..
I probably would have went full red if I went frozen black. I like the two tone, but I dont think there is enough red in it.

another option I was going to do was the two toned red/black, extended with alternating stitching.. might have been to busy though.

My order was approved at the end of May/early June 2011. Back then they wouldnt' even consider Frozen Grey on a sedan. They said I can have Frozen Black. I originally requestd Frozen Black with black extended w/red stitching and black rims. They denied it and said only either the exterior or the interior/wheels not both. I picked the paint. Later I figured out and was told, that that was due to the Frozen Black special edition in US. Mine is US Spec, so it would violate the Special Edition if I got what I requested.
