WTB: In dire need of oil cooler(e92 m3 08')

Hey all, so as the title says I'm in dire need of an oil cooler for my 08 m3. Long story short...

On Dec 27th 2017 i decided to take my mother to lunch after I got the airbag recall fixed that morning since I had the day off. We had gotten to the restaurant and there was no parking. As we were leaving the lot to pull around there was broken asphalt at the end of the inclined apron to the lot. My driver front wheel dipped as i was pulling out at an angle to avoid scrapping my bumper and as the wheel came up from the dip the underside of my front end(bottom of bumper, belly shields, oil cooler and inlet hose, oil pipe & passenger side front fender) were damaged.. *Pictures will be in separate post*

I've already been through the county's insurance.. Denied due to "liability immunity" because the damage "wasn't reported" (no one wants to deal with the county's insurance...) so after this, i had talked to the owner of the diner.. He was very cooperative, see me all the insurance information. So i filed a claim with his commercial nationwide policy... Notified earlier this week that it has been denied due to "i should've avoided the damage part of the apron, and the damage was caused by county property"..

So now that my car has been sitting for over a month and a half now, I'm beyond pissed

because i feel like I'm dealing with 2 children pitting blame on each other for breaking an expensive cookie jar... Meanwhile I'm having to deal with my mother's health, my dying grandmother on top of my job and responsibilities... I'm mentally drained...

Anyway if anyone has a cooler and lines/hoses in working condition I'd be more than happy to pay for the shipping or if you're close by I'd figure out how to pick it up..

I do have a really nice 08 cooler for 280 and the pipes for 100. Including shipping.

FYI the OP needs an oil cooler from an 08 only as the oil pipe connections are different.
