New M3 in Colorado

Hey Everyone, Im Vince

Been here for a while lurking and trying to find an E92.

I finally found one and bought it on Tuesday this week!
http://www.ntuneautogroup.com/2011-B...-30009/4934488

Chris from Ntune is a great guy if you ever get a chance to work with him. He will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy.

Its a 2011 Alpine white still under warranty. Are there any mod friendly dealers around? I live in the Centennial area, and have been reading Murray and Schomp are both ok with mods? To what extent? Are they ok with tunes? or just bolt ons?

Ill get better pics in time. Im still waiting for the car to be shipped

I still have my 2004 Evo :

Nice Evo, I had a white one as well but mine was an 03. Fun, but fragile. If you are willing to come to the Springs, Winslow is very mod friendly and I can handle anything you require there.

Windslow BMW would be quite a drive for me. But I'm glad it's there when and if I ever need it.

I spoke with Steve (service manager?) at Schomp BMW and he seems pretty laid back about aftermarket mods. Is that true? Will they void my warranty for something like an ESS tune?

I would probably veer away from Schomp. Understandable regarding the drive to Co Springs, but it'll be done right the first time at Winslow. There are two other shops in Denver that do top-notch work...303 Motorsports and Avalon Motorsports.

What was the issue you had with Schomp? I'm mostly looking for a place to take the car for oil changed and general warranty work while my car is still under the original warranty for the next year. That won't make a big deal if I have mods ranging from suspension to exhaust to tunes

I don't know what todd's issue was, but I've posted in the past here about not so stellar experiences I've had with Schomp. They've always been very nice, but I would say their service is barely adequate. Maybe I just have high standards? If that's the case, it's only because I've done enough work on the car myself to know it's not that damn hard to do things the right way instead of skipping steps.

Edited to add the link I was really looking for

Fairly mod friendly but since Sonic took them over recently service seems to be not all that great.
