NE1 know this gray E90 M3

I'm interested in this car. From the pictures I see the larger DCT paddles, different brakes, and (I have no idea) gauge in the left vent. Shirley this has to be someone here. The car is in Houston but carfax shows it's from Ohio.

I thought the same thing when I saw the gauge in the vent. I had on in my old B5 S4.

2013 BMW 328i  [5.00]
That vent gauge is more common on 335s but isn't a good indicator whether or not the car was boosted.

The dealer might be able to check the DME to see if it was flashed but that could just be software.

If it was intercooled then some of the shrouds and ducting near the radiator will be modified...but there are non-intercooled kits available.

I'd check the belts (are they new?), the appearance of the intake manifold (marks around fasteners indicating that it has been removed), marks on the belt tensioner (belt removed), do the intake parts look pretty new like they have been replaced?

Also, check the service history. Oil changes that are well below the "normal" interval will indicate generally poor mileage...and that will give you a clue as to what the service demands were.
