2017 Euro Philly Cheesesteak Run - Saturday, May 6

This is for a caravan from Maryland but I posted this here because I know we always get a bunch of cars from NJ/NY/PA as well!

This will be our eighth annual Euro Philly Cheesesteak Run! We'll park at Toll Man Joe's and you can choose whether to eat there or across the street at Tony Luke's. Parking will be $5 per car which gets you a free beer or soda at Toll Man Joe's. Toll Man Joe's will donate $1 for each car in attendance to Philabundance, a local food pantry. In addition. the Bud Light girls will be there walking around and taking pictures with your cars (if you desire).

We would like to keep the bulk of the cars "Euro" related (BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, etc) but if you have friends with nice cars that are outside of those parameters, certainly feel free to invite them. The only reason we're not inviting all makes and models is to try and keep it to a manageable number.

This year's CSR was smaller than previous years. Not sure if it was the chance of rain that kept people away, the $5 fee to park in the lot, or something else. We had about 20 cars leaving from College Park, MD and a similar size for the Northeast caravan. We had maybe 80 cars total at Toll Man Joe's / Tony Luke's. I'm looking into different locations for future runs, or maybe a different type of drive all together. That being said, the drive was still fun and the food was great. Nick from Mishimoto rode with me for part of the ride and was able to get some nice rolling shots of some of the attendees.

Here's the album of my pictures combined with the pictures of others: https://www.flickr.com/photos/chrisw...57681957680320
