I've read so many different threads about 360 Forged up until they went out of business for a time until someone new took over. Now there is this Forged Collection site and it's starting to get a bit much for me to wrap my head around.

Could someone briefly tell me the state of 360 Forged, if they are trustworthy now, and their relation to Forged Collection, which apparently is the ex employee of the original 360?

I might be making it a little harder than it really is, but that's what happens when the first thing you do when you wake up is try and make /sense/ of things.

I don't think anyone can know that at this stage of their "evolution".

So the smart thing to do, would be to hold off until there is clear evidence of a positive transformation. (my $.02)

It is a very long story, and very complicated, but the bottom line is, buyer beware. Forged Distribution may have rectified my situation that I had with 360 Forged, but I would still never do business with them again. It was the worst buying experience I have ever had by far.

The new owner @ 360 (Alain-who was also the original owner until Jordan took over @ 360) is doing a great job of clearing things up... Jordan is no longer afffiliated with 360 but Im not sure what is going on with this FORGED COLLECTION

Alain will tell you himself he is not the new owner of 360 Forged, and that there is currently no owner. Alain owns Modular Concepts and Forged Distrbution, not 360 Forged. This is why it is all convoluted, and very hard to explain.

To my knowledge, Alain was the original owner of 360, Jordan then stepped in and took it over. but since he basically ran in it into the ground. Alain is now back in the picture and running the show. correct me if I am wrong ?

Like I said, Alain said he is not the owner of 360 Forged, and I don't believe he ever was. To my knowledge, there are several partners in 360 Forged right now, and it is unsure what exactly will happen with the company. Alain even said that 360 Forged might have to file bancruptcy soon. I have no agenda here, I am just repeating what I was told directly from Alain.

You can't run away from a bad reputaion...

It will follow you around like the plague where ever you go.

Even worse, are the knuckleheads that believe they will be given a CLEAN SLATE by us, just because they went somewhere else and started another wheel brand.

haha I remember around 5 years ago when 360 forged was a no name in wheels that a guy on g35driver.com had stated the guys who run 360 forged had hired his gf and friends as models for SEMA in las vegas (payment as well as expenses were all being covered by 360) but one nite the 360 guys came into their hotel wanting some punany and when they were rejected, the hotel security promptly kicked them out LOL....

From that moment on I knew what kind of douche's they were...
