Style 220M wheel finish...?

What kind of finish does the style 220M wheels have? I know the window and inner lip is of a grey color, but what about the face. It looks to me like a brushed, tinted clear coat. Anyone with info please chime in because I want my next set of wheels to look like them in the future. tnx in advance.

Not sure if it is tinted or not but it definitely is a clear coat...... I think the finish is actually machined not brushed though!

They are a machined and polished finish which is then clearcoated.

Some people call it diamond cut, but I have no idea why. Diamonds have nothing to do with it
