Engine oil temp

Is this adjustable an what is the normal engine oil temperature?

I had my oil cooler replaced and now it appears that my oil is running a little hotter now with the needle at halfway. Before i remember it was always a little cooler and never half.

Im hoping its a thermometer adjustment or something easy like that.

Any help?

It's always fluctuating on mine between a little before halfway to a little over halfway, so perfectly normal man.
