My New (Preowned) M3

I picked up my first BMW on Tuesday, 2011 E92 M3 ZCP in Mineral White Metallic.

I still cannot believe that I have my dream car. I check the garage a couple of times a day just to make sure I did not dream the whole thing up!

I have a photographer buddy that I am going to work with to get some better pictures taken. These were all taken with my Canon T3i using a 52mm F/1.8 lens. I am not a photographer and I have no idea what I am doing.

Start saving your money for maintenance. It ain't cheap to own these. I could do all my brakes for a few hundred on my 328xi. M3 is not so cheap. For example. But worth it completely.

I kinda figured that would be the case going into it!

Thanks to everyone else! Unfortunately I have to leave it for a little over a week as I am departing on a 7 night cruise tomorrow. It is bitter sweet, but I am super excited about a vacation.

I disagree here. Maintenance is much less than e46 (ie: valve adjustments etc) i owned an e90 M3 and it was trouble free for 70,000 miles. Also, lightly used brakes are very affordable on this forum because of all the modding that takes place.

I bought almost new rotors and pads from a member here for $500 and had them installed by a local shop for $300. The dealer wanted like $2800.
