My local dealer just received his allocation and my order has been placed for a Sept 21st pickup!

Interlagos Blue
Fox Red/Black/Black
Carbon Leather Trim
Premium Package
Moonroof
Heated Seats
Satelite Radio
BMW Apps

I was able to get it at the ED invoice price of $59,405. When I factor in tax, title, registration, along with a few dealer fees, the total comes to 65.8K. It may be slightly more than some others due to the dealer fees, but they are local (in Florida) and a family friend so I wanted to give them the business.

Just a heads up to, the increase in the standard black leather was just a glitch in the ordering system. As of today, the standard black leather shows as $0 when ordered with the Premium Package.

Fantastic! That is what I thought. I am interested in doing ED on an M3 Q3/4 2013 (maybe).

Ryan is a pleasure to work with. And I know you guys are slammed, but Francesca has been awesome in his absence, and very patient with me as well! Can't wait to get the final details for my '13 Individual ED order

Anyone have any ideas when BMW FS will have lease rates/residuals for the `13 M3s? Thoughts on whether to expect them to stay the same, get better or worse?

Thinking about putting in the order but don't necessarily want to have sticker shock if the residual drops a significant amount or the money factor is going to be much higher (even with the MSDs).

Last email I've received from Ryan on Monday, they still don't have the rates from 2013.. Hopefully soon, before I pull the trigger on something else domestic ))))

Kinda annoying that the 2012 configurator is still online, 2012's aren't available for order any more, and that everyone putting in an order for a 2013 and getting a lease will have NO clue what the rates and residuals look like.

Most believe they will not materially change unless the demand jacks up dramatically...but at the end of production cycle, that would be unusual. The 2012 $1,000 e92 M3 incentive seems to be gone.

Despite this uncertainty, I ordered mine anyway and got a production number today.

I really hope they bring back the CF Mirror caps and CF rear spoiler as an option on the 2013 builder.
