This is a set of M3 Premium wheels, 220M style with TPMS and tires. These came off a 2008 E93 M3.

As you can see the rear tires are corded so not really usable. But the front tires have some pretty decent tread left, probably <50% worn.

There are two pictures below that are of the same curb rash on one of the four wheels. The other 3 wheels are rash free and in pretty good shape.
