What's a good offer for this M3?

Tech Pkg
Prem Package
Carbon Leather
Prem Sound

They are asking $51,900. I think it is way too high. Anyone care to weigh in?

What I always do is check auto trader or car gurus web sites and they give you a good idea of what a cars worth.
