Dear wise advisor,

First of all, the frist drift video you have attached..well i have already seen it and all i could think of was how fortunate are those people who CAN drive on a decent track and let all this "Need to burn rubber" energy out in the nicest possible way. Unfortunately, not all people have that privilege. So untill (hopefully soon), i am provided with a proper track, im afraid it is not physically possible to track my car.

Second of all, i noticed that making relevant comparaisons is definitely not what you do best.
The second video you have posted of the insanely reckless drifting in Saudi Arabia is on a totally different scale than what i was doing.
The dramatic consequences of drifting at 100 miles an hour and above ( that's being at least at 3rd gear or above where you have very little Torque and thus drastically less control over your car ) are slightly different than what can happen if things go wrong when you're drifting in a concized circle at 1st or 2nd gear tops.
so how about we skip the drama and most importantly the lame arab-related generalisations ?

And finally, i suggest you spend less time doing irrelevant sarcastic awareness campaigns and maybe use this free video tip for a wiser use of your time

Yeah, you're right about that--I certainly wasn't aiming to make that generalization, and I thought about that after I had posted. No offense meant. I could have posted video from any other part of the world. It's just that when I did a google search for "drifting accidents" to find a clip, almost every single one was from the Middle East. I simply picked the shortest one that I thought illustrated my point. And as for the clip on the bicycle, that also showed up in the search results and I thought it was hilarious--like the Three Stooges, only funnier. It didn't need to be someone in Arab headdress; it could have been someone from Australia or China or Chicago and been just as funny. Again, though, sorry if any offense was taken.

As for the drifting in a traffic roundabout in the middle of the day, though, I see it as just as annoying as guys on sportbikes riding side-by-side in multiple traffic lanes on a highway, slowing way down to stack up traffic behind them and create a clear run ahead for them, and then racing off. Either way, if I was the one being forced to sit there and wait while you or the sportbikes played, I'd be really annoyed. As would 99% of other people.

And as for your suggested educational video--unfortunately, your accusation can be true at times. With two young kids and a sometimes 60-70+ hour workweek for each of us, my wife and I can pretty easily fall asleep before we get any "play time." Or dinner, for that matter.
