E92 m3 mirror housing replacement

Hey guys I’ve ordered a replacement side view mirror for my m3 and am trying to replace the mechanical components for the mirror does anyone know how to remove the base of the housing? Is it possible to remove these bolts. Name: image.jpg

they appear to be riveted and they probably aren't easily reattached.
