My lease is up and I've decided, as much as I love this car, I need to get into something cheaper for the moment.

Car has ~34k miles, all stock except air filter (AA green), mostly garage kept.

I'm not anal about things except when it comes to my car and it's health. I always properly warmed up the car before exercising it's lungs.

Wheels all look good but will need new tires fairly soon (another 2-3k miles or so in SoCal weather anyway).


This is a UNIQUE car in that you could NOT order the Enhance Premium Sound without ordering the NAV package (or whatever they called it that year) but mine has it. It was a BMW mistake when they built it. It was a Euro Delivery Car and the guy who ordered it, got there and realized it did not have the NAV like he wanted. He was told to drive the car in Germany for the week and they would order another one. The dealer called me, after repeatedly telling me a car could not be ordered this way (enhanced sound w/o NAV), that he had one on the way from Germany.

Here are the options as listed on the sticker:

- Fox Red/Black/Black
- Comp Pkg
- Premium Package (Power folding mirrors/Univ Garage opener/Comfort Access/Power rear shade/Power front seats/Carbon Leather trim/ mirror w compass/ rear PDC)
- DCT
- Enhance Premium Sound

I would prefer locals.

Car is under warranty until I believe Oct or Nov 2015.

I've had one issue since owning and it was a brake vacuum line that had a leak. All else was maintenance by me or the dealer.

The car has received at least one oil change between dealer oil changes, all with Castrol 10w-60.
Also recently had plugs, brake fluid and diff fluid changed at BMW.

I really love this car and would prefer to keep it but finances have changed for the time being and I need to scale back a bit.

My lease is up 2/25/15 and I'm over 10k UNDER the mileage and I don't want the dealer taking advantage of it.

If I see enough interest, I'll take pics and post or email them but since it's a stock car, it's a pretty common exterior look although I do get a lot of compliments on the interior colors.

Only trades+difference I would consider are E36+E46 M3's with MT and no sunroof.

There are three small dents on the driver side rear panel but very hard to notice. BMW is not planning on charging me for those b/c they are so small and I've been told it's a $35-50 fix for each. Paint is not affected and I don't know how or when they happened.

The front bumper at some point was probably bumped into in a parking lot b/c there is evidence of something pressing on it and the tow hook cover looks bad but otherwise, looks pretty good. A little missing paint near the tow hook cover half the size of a pencil eraser.

Sorry, I traded it in 3 weeks ago. They gave me $42k for reference and said they will probably sell it for $46k-47k after certifying it.
