I heard fellow member Chompino's car with the Eisenmann and was very impressed with the sound. Very strong! ...without being too obnoxious.

Yes, but have we seen any dyno sheets? I generally agree with you as long as quality and fit are also present.

So the cost for the entire system is US$5,700? Did you order the complete system?

That seems like the way to go! Perfect choice, you really can't go with the Super Catalytic Converters and X-pipe since the car would NOT pass emissions. Again, can't wait untill you get it so that we can all listen to it. Do you know what version is in Video 1 on there web site? Sounds kick as!!

Booost, I saw the thread, but I thought that was Kreissieg not Meist. Plus, this is all being sold out of the Eisenhous that I think is pretty reputable.

I was just wondering how loud the race exhaust is when you are driving it ? I am worried that it will be too loud for everyday driving and I might get annoyed with it after a short time. Should I just get the sport if I am worried about these things ?

Also ...How loud is a stock M3's exhaust ?

The OEM M3 system and the Eisenmann Sport Performance share the same db level but the sound characteristic will be much different

OEM Specs

moving vehicle = apr. 75 db
stationary vehicle = 92 db at 6.225 1/min
value of backpressure = 0,47 bar at 2. gear and 0,51 bar at 3. gear
weight of the muffler = apr. 21 kg

One badass video.

This video alone should help sell a lot of exhausts.

Hahahaha!!! I like your point of view and generally agree with you. I personally have nothing against Korea, my only issue (and this is only my opinion) is that some Korean manufacturers are a bit like Mexican manufacturers; that is, you can’t generally trust what they say and say they will deliver because they do many times cut corners (in materially, quality, etc…) unless they come from a reliable source (certainly LG, Samsug TV and for sure you x are serious companies or serious people with a strong rep that has taken them years to build ). So in essence, I by no means claim to say that we Mexicans and Koreans are all bad, because that would be really stupid of me, its just the above that is a bit worrisome especially when one will pay a huge bill!!
