Got some new shoes.

For my feet. These are the new Piloti's with the "gel" sole.
Their customer service is EXCELLENT. I had a pair of Prototipo's, which were great, but developed a hole where the big toe was on one side.
I sent a picture a picture to Dave at Piloti and he gave me a few shoes to choose from. Unfortunately, the new Prototipo's are not out yet and I could wait or get another shoe.
I was able to get the Tamburello in leather and it arried 2 days later. He responed to all emails VERY quickly. It's a great company and the shoes are very comfortable for just walking around. My buddy just picked up a pair and loves them too.

Nice shoes, I'm going to look into them. Do they come in wide? Are your feet wide at all?

I have a DCT. They're great for just wearing around.
I don't think they come in wide and run a litle on the narrow side since they're technically "driving shoes."
They also don't have a 12.5, which is what I really need. They seem to run a little small compared to NIKE sizing. My friend buys Addidas and says they size about the same.

I had the same Prototipos but Black with white stiching. The hole developed by the "P" by the big toe.

Believe it or not I normally wear 13
And I could never find 13 of the above picture, I wanted the orange trim
The ones I got were 11.5
My issue is foot width not length
So I slackened the she lace
And they fit perfectly now
So the best advice is to try them first

Fellow 13'er. My wife somehow found a pair with the orange trim for me.

Haven't worn them yet since I'm considering selling them and getting some Puma's which are a little narrower and a better fit for me. I'll probably post them in the classifieds at some point if you are interested.

People would seriously mistake me for a British tourist if I wore those around Orlando. The cops will think I have stolen my car while on vacation.

to say i like these shoes is an understatement. to be fair, they're also one of the few size 15s available.

Those are the new Taburello's in suede vs my leather.
I like the orange too. They should do a lime green too, like the 997.1 GT3-RS cars.

Are there any retailers that carry these? Buying new non-replacement shoes online, for me, is not an option unless I want to buy 3 sizes and plan on shipping 2 or all back. (Always depends on the brand.)

Some people have found them at Marshall's or TJ Max.

I got them at Endless.com. I bought 2 pairs in different sizes and returned the other ones. The return shipping is free.

I'm tryin to see some fresh rims here and your flashing your shoes!!

I got a pair for X-mas last year, Great Shoe, and great service from Piloti as I had to exhange for a different size (quick and no problem)

I just wish they made an all white, or mostly white, pair..

I have a pair and I got constant complements from chicks, they are such shoe freaks.
Not much arch support tho.

Might have to pick up some Piloti's after all. I've been rocking Puma's Motorsports shoes recently but just got some Vibram Five Fingers which while looking odd... are orgasmic walking around and running in and have heard they are absolutely phenomenal for driving. Gonna go test out the theory tonight!

WTF? How do you fit into the M3?? I'm 6 ft tall and barely have room for a ball cap.
