I never thought this day would come but it has. It might be the time to part with my second E9x M3

Reason for sell: I've been working in Asia for the past 2 years and not really enough of time here to enjoy the car. The mileage on the car reflects this. She would be better off with somebody else

Disclaimer:
I'm looking to sell the car "as is" with mods that will be listed below. The reason for that is because I have gotten offers from Asia to buy the car stock but because of my work schedule, I really have no spare time dealing with parting the car. However, if there are only a couple of mods that you don't like on my car as it sits right now, don't hesitate to shoot me a PM. I would be willing to deal with restoring the car back with a few stock parts. (Yes, I have the stock seats in my storage)

The car just hit 22222 miles back in the 3rd week of May.

Warranty and Maintenance :
The car is still under the factory warranty. Good though July/2014. I believe I can still add extended warranty on the car so if that is something you are looking for. Please let me know

The car has always been garaged since day 1 of purchase.
Regularly detailed only by me and 2 other detailers who I trusted for the past 5 years. Swissvax was applied before installing the film on to make sure the paint will NOT be damaged by the 3M film at all. I know the film wouldn't damage the paint but I'm the type of guy who gets a little OCD only when it comes to car cleaning/paint protection.

3M 1080 Matte White film was applied on early 2012 IIRC. Since then, the car has been driven always with the film on. I originally had the roof wrapped but I took it off to change the overall look of the car

Oil change every 4000 miles as recommended by many forum members.

Modification:
Akrapovic Evolution System (full titanium exhaust)
Volk Racing TE37 in Magnisum Blue (Front 18x9.5 +22, Rear18x10.5 +20)
Hankook RS-3 tires 265/285 set up.
3M Matte White Wrap
2x Recaro Pole Position, custom by Top Stitch. (Stock heated seats will be included with purchase)
H&R lowering springs
Challenge Carbon fiber front lip
BMW Performance Rear Spoiler
Matte Black Grills with Glass Black slats
BMC air filter
LED interior lights
LED license plate lights (whole metal housing replacement with heat sinks)
6000K HID Angel Eyes.
BMW Aluminum interior trim
Various Coding done by EAS including DVDinMotion

I think I've spent in the neighbor hood of 10k on mods and they are the ones that really don't depreciate much over time.

Quick Facts:
Car only been to track once. (With my previous BBS LM)

I love them. Words cannot describe how much it changes the whole driving experience especially when you take an on ramp

I would actually be happy to take $2k off my asking price if buyer prefers stock seats over my Recaro so I can keep them
