New car...wtb
I may be getting another car. I have the E92 M3 DCT...but I want something that is manual, quick, and not that hefty on price...
My choices were: -09 WRX Impreza STi -09 Lancer Evolution MR -used Jeep Cherokee SRT8 -135i 6mt - what do you suggest? and used cars can also be taken into account * AND I WILL DEFINATELY NOT BE GETTING RID OF MY M -BIM |

I actually, just traded in my 2008 S5...for the m3 in November, and I don't really want to buy another audi unless it's an RS6, or a B5 S4 with very low miles, which are almost impossible to find

+1 Since you already have a coupe - do you need a 4 door? |

I would also consider the 370 as already mentioned, I test drove it this past weekend, very nice over-all.
Other then that I'd go witht he STi or EVO X for a 4 door track monster. |

Give the 135 a test drive. I had a go with one off the lights that was in front of me last week – have to say surprisingly quick and gave me a big run for the money.

the evo's and wrx's are amazing. they have cheap interiors but they are a blast! another alternative would be an s2000 man. amazing engines. and vtec is a wonder. Not as quick in a straight line but its fun!

I don't think the GC SRT8 and the Evo X comes in manual unless you're talking about the GSR trimline.
I would go toward the '09 STi or the Evo X GSR because I would want to vary mix it up and not get another bimmer. Looks like you're from NY..and with the winter storm that just dumped a huge load on us I think AWD would be perfect! 135i is one hell of a car though!

I don't think you mentioned what you're doing with this one - daily driver? Weekends?
I think the 135i suggestions are good ones - I haven't driven one but I've read and heard really good things; plus it looks great. I really don't think you can go wrong with a WRX, or a Z car, or an s2000, or any of the suggestions made here... So many cars, so little time/money/garage space. So depending on what you want the car for, you may want to think about a used P-car. Since the bottom fell out of the used car market, you can probably get into an 01-03 996 for like 35-40K (totally guessing here). That and your M would make for a pretty good garage. Where in NY are you?

Out of those, I would definitely get the WRX. It just seems like it would provide a different kind of fun. It would be great it bad weather and the hatchback gives you a certain amount of Utility. I was thinking of picking one up before I decided to step up to the M3.
