Mine got to the docks on the "7th" they say and my production completion date was originally the 23rd of January but then somehow became the 31st... I will have to check when I get the car with that secret menu thing.

None the less my car was at the docks since the 7th till the 15 when it shipped

Jinxter, how did you get inside info that your car was leaving port the day of? Was it your CA who told you?

My SA had some kind of contact in BMW NA. He told me my car would be leaving within a day for sure. I didnt belive it, when I saw the falstaff set sail on friday and BMWNA kept telling me nope the car is still at the docks. I was pissed lol. then monday came aroudn and I went through my daily procedure of entering my VIN into shipping companies and checking all info that I could on the net and bing I found my car on the Falstaff and it in fact did leave on Friday.

funny thing was that I even called BMWNA on monday mornign and tehy told me it was still at the docks as well. thats when I was really heated.

It's strange though ever since my car got on the boat teh 1800 number auto transffers me to a customer represenative after entering my prod number. that might be a sign for future owners that are awaiting a vessel.

Yeah thats the same with me. Once you have completed production the hotline transfers you to their customer service once it is awaiting transport. Even though they don't know anything at that stage in the process

No no, mine was telling me my car was at teh docks awaiting a vessel. When it got on the boat then it was auto transfering me adn teh BMWNA's couldnt tell me anything. One even had the balls to tell me no your car is not on that ship I know this because mine is and the status is showing up on my order...I wish I had remembered his name I would complain about him....

Ditto here. The customer service dude said that's as far as they can track it from there. My CA, however, was able to pull all the shipping info up including RoRo name, waybill, departure and arrival dates, and voyage number.

Hi this shiny. I have old model BMW,which i find very hard to drive , l will be always late to my office with my trouble some car moreover it is more thirsty, drinks more petrol . I just want to buy a new BMW car with good fuel efficiency.
