359 center wheel cap size

Hello,

I am just wondering if anyone would know the center wheel cap size for 359s?
Secondly, I realised that per the attached link ECS only sell stickers.

i would have thought that this was more like a plastic lid. The ones that i currently have on look more like lids/caps in one, as suppose to a sticker being separately stuck on plastic. Can someone dumb this down for me?

Thanks
