Help with Signature

hey i've tried a search but couldnt find anything. Can someone help me with my signature please? i uploaded the pix and pasted the link in there but it came up with that X thing in my sig. Help??/

if you're doing this:

and it isn't showing up in your sig, then try hosting it elsewhere.
