I'm not loving the f30 it will grow on me, but I don't like the interior, it's asymmetrical, the screen looks like an afterthought even though it's in every car, an the materials used on the door panel feel like cheap rough plastic

I'm with you on the F30 interior. Many improvements but still looks cheaper than say a Lexus/Audi and yes the iDrive screen should either fold away or be built into the dash as with the previous model.

I think it looks fantastic but I'm not sure I would pay almost $60k for it. The front of the previous version had no design at all and this one may be slightly over-designed, however I will take over-designed over no design any day. There was no rhyme or reason to the design on the 09-12.

same old audi problem...in 3 years it'll look outdated

you can't buy an audi, you have to lease it

otherwise i'm sure its a good car (though, AWD in LA is funny!)

The new spec is really nice, love the lights. I had a black B7 RS4 which was such an awesome car, the sound of the V8 was awesome. But with the new S4 running the 3.0 supercharged engine, it hasn't caught my attention as much. Maybe I'll see what the new RS4 looks like in person first.
