m mode
today i noticed that my car's idle sound doesn't change with my m-mode which is maxed out to the sportiest settings. it's funny because when i first got the car i showed off the meaner m mode idle sound to my friends (many times so i know i weren't imagining it). could my SA's words be true that the car has a detuned software before the 1200 mile service (maybe only for the regular settings), which could have caused the angrier tone while in m-mode?

The sound did change on my car as the motor/exhaust broke in. I've never heard that there was a different tune pre-1200.
