What tire size should I run? BBS CH 19x10s
Hey guys, I'm going to order tires for my newly purchased BBS CH 19" wheels.
Fronts: 19x8.5 et20 rears: 19x10 et20 It's for my E92 M3. What tire size would you go with? Some say 295/30 in the rear, but I'm not looking for it to rub. Stick with the usual 275rear 235 fronts? This is how my car sits with my SF-71 wheels. |

245/35/19 or 255/35/19 front

255/35/18 sometimes rubs the back of the liner a little at full lock, depending on offset, wheel width, and tire brand. I don't know what your current wheel size and offset is so I can't compare that with the CH's. et20 of the CH wheels aren't very aggressive so worst case they will rub about the same with the CH's. If that slight rub bothers you then go with 245/35/19.

I don't mind the rubbing as all it's doing is just scuffing the liner. I think i'll keep the 255s up front.
Just debating on the rear size. I was told to try 295/30s but I'm leaning toward the 275 rears |

295 and 255 is a fairly big imbalance. With your size rears 275 is plenty. Your contact patch with a 295 will hardly be any bigger on a 10in rear wheel as well. 295 with those offsets and width difference will create excess understeer too.

That was going to be one of my next questions. (the understeer) K, so looks like my best bet is to stick with a 275/35? and a 255/35? |

I'm running 295/30 Michelin PS2 on BBS CH-R 19x10.5. It had minimal rub when new - once the upper portion of the plastic wheel well liner ate through; rubbing stopped.
